Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, location, and other external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and order value.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. PynkLady is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the package is returned due to non-availability or incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

• Weather conditions
• Political or regional disturbances
• Courier transport issues
• Unexpected high order volume

We will do our best to keep you informed in such situations.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.
